Mutji, in his message, said the electorate should be grateful for the sacrifices their forefathers have made.

A craft project initiated in Grashoek, located in the Tsumkwe Constituency, in 2025, is assisting local women in empowering themselves while also contributing to community development. 

The project also brings together women who make crafts while teaching cultural knowledge to the youth.

International Bush Walk celebrates San culture in Grashoek

An International Bush Walk is underway in Grashoek, in the Tsumkwe Constituency, that started on February 17th. 

The nine-day event which will last until February 25th, is organised to celebrate, enjoy and preserve the culture and traditions of the San indigenous people.
