A taxi union in Otjiwarongo has contacted the municipality and the police to enhance cooperation and assist the industry in providing satisfactory customer services.

Kaisames FM, in partnership with key stakeholders, is taking their Drive Time Programme out of the studio with a series of live Road Safety Pop-Up broadcasts at various roadblocks in the |Khomas Region.

President Hage Geingob has encouraged Namibians to drive safely, refrain from drinking and driving, and adhere to all traffic regulations.

Dr. Geingob said this in a media statement as some Namibians are traveling to various destinations to be with their loved ones during the Easter weekend.
