A 65-year-old man died at Okaku Kanangula village in the Ohangwena Region yesterday after two vehicles collided on the Oshakati-Omungwelume road. It is alleged that the deceased who was driving a Toyata Hilux bakkie tried to avoid hitting a pedestrian who was crossing the road and swerved into the oncoming sedan.
