Mike Nghipunya's lawyer, one of the 10 suspects in the Fishrot corruption scandal, says the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) is deliberately withholding information in the case with may purportedly be in his clients' interest. South African advocate Thabang Phatela, in his cross-examination of ACC lead investigator in the case, Andreas Kanyangela, claims they only received a fraction of nearly 683 000 documents involved in the case.
