ACC investigator opposes the granting of bail to six men implicated in the #Fishrot scandal

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has been unable to trace more than N$61 million in a Norwegian bank account allegedly paid to a company, Tundavala Investment owned by James Hatuikulipi, the alleged mastermind in the Fishrot corruption scandal. This was revealed by the ACC investigator, Andreas Kanyangela, who opposed the granting of bail by six men implicated in the alleged Fishrot corruption scandal, saying they are facing the serious crime of eliciting proceeds from dodgy fishing deals paid by the Samherji group between 2016 and 2019.
