Government has activated the Public Health Act and the National Health Act to deal with fighting the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Health Minister Dr Kalumbi Shangula also declared COVID-19 to be a formidable epidemic disease. This came after the six-month-long state of emergency expired last night.
