The Namibian Police's (NAMPOL) Deputy Inspector General of Operations, Joseph Shikongo says African countries with coastlines are increasingly under threat of nuclear, biological and chemically toxic waste dumping. Major General Shikongo was speaking at the workshop on the assessment of the implementation of Relevant National, Regional and International Instruments and Mechanisms on Arms Control, Management and Disarmament at Walvis Bay.
