The Minister of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform Carl Schlettwein, while calling on the speedy implementation of the new strategic plan, says he is confident it will provide the roadmap to align the Ministry's activities and achieve its set goals. Schlettwein added that the plan will contribute to empowerment, inclusive growth and job creation.
