Minister of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform Calle Schlettwein says the promotion of agricultural activities and full utilisation of productive land could boost Namibia's economic recovery and food production. However, Schlettwein says this can only be achieved if the agriculture sector is well managed without corruption.
