#FISHROT| Andreas Kanyangela reiterated his position to not grant bail to the six men, arguing that the state has retrieved evidence from Shanghala 's cellphone of having done research while in jail of the extradition status of Namibia and Dubai which he claims shows suspicion to escape. Sacky Shanghala's co-accused and business partner, James Hatuikulipi, have a combined N$60 million in Dubai which they can use to sustain a new life in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) if released on bail. Kanyangela says interference with investigations is also very high after one of the suspects tried to bribe an Investigating Officer of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), to retrieve Bank cards allegedly for Hatuikulipi, was sentenced to 18-months. Hatuikulipi is also expected to appear in the Windhoek Magistrate's Court on a new charge.
