An Angolan-born couple living in Omaruru's Hahakana Informal Settlement is appealing to the Government to issue them with Namibian identity documents. The couple Fransisko Nguvulu (72) and Johanna Ndala (67) have been living in Namibia for the past 38 years but did not obtain national documents.
