The Acting Chief of the #Aonin Topnaar community, Stoffel Anamab is requesting the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resource to allocate the traditional authority additional fishing quotas to earn extra income in order to improve their livelihood. Anamab made this remark at the inauguration of the Topnaar Association at Utuseb on Friday.
