The All People's Party (APP) and residents of Mazana and Kayengona east of Rundu are threatening to take legal action against the Mayana Small Scale Irrigation Project for alleged land grabbing. The communities are against the project funded through the Climate Resilient Infrastructure Development Facility (CRIDF).
