A senior police officer at Kasane, Assistant Commissioner, Kaizei Kuttwana told the inquiry into the killings of the Nchindo brothers that the Botswana Defence Force (BDF) members, involved in the killings will not be charged, as they were on duty. The inquiry, into the circumstances surrounding the killings by Botswana Defence Force has been postponed to the 20th January for a ruling.
