A billion-dollar green hydrogen and ammonia project to be established at Luderitz is expected to create massive job opportunities for the locals, particularly for the youth. This was announced by Luderitz Mayor Anna-Marie Hartzenberg during the first Youth Empowerment Seminar at Luderitz.
