Progress is being made with water supply to Gaob Farm in the Kalahari Constituency of the Omaheke Region through the drilling of boreholes. The drilling programme was marred with allegations of misappropriation of funds, which delayed progress, but the National Council Standing Committee on Habitat is satisfied with the contractor who has drilled a number of boreholes so far.
