A businessman, Charlton Rodney Useb, appeared in the Rundu Magistrate's Court on a charge of fraud on Wednesday. This follows tender irregularities at the Rundu Town Council amounting to more than N$280 000. Useb's company was allegedly paid for goods that were never delivered.
