Chaos erupted at Tumweneni Informal Settlement at Rundu, as the messenger of the court attempted to evict residents illegally occupying a piece of land along Cuma Road. Rundu District Deputy Sherriff Daniel Grobler arrived at the site under the escort of the police and Namibian Defence Force (NDF) members.
