Chelsi Shikongo has been crowned Miss Namibia 2021. The 23-year-old international model from Walvis bay was crowned last night at a Windhoek Hotel. Shikongo faced tight competition from other top four finalists namely Aurelia Samuyenga, Annerie Mare, Chane Ann Marshall and Michelle Mukuve.
