Chinese citizens living in Namibia have been urged to comply with the country's laws, following reports of poaching, involving that country's nationals. China's Vice-minister of State Forestry Administration says the country does not condone wildlife crimes, but will contribute to Namibia's economy by investing in skills and sharing knowledge.
