The Windhoek High Court has issued a warrant of arrest for a Chinese national implicated in the multi-million dollar tax evasion and fraud case, after he failed to appear before court today. The four suspects stand accused of defrauding the Finance Ministry of about N$3,5 billion through tax invasion.
