The Windhoek High Court has struck-off an application by a Windhoek resident Michael Mandume Paulus who wanted to sue the state for damages amounting to N$1,5 million for being wrongfully imprisoned over a murder case. Paulus was found not guilty eight years later after a prolonged trial.
