The United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said COVID-19 has reinforced two fundamental truths about human rights. In his message on International Human Rights Day, Guterres said the pandemic has had a disproportionate on vulnerable groups including frontline workers, people with disabilities, women and girls and minorities.
