The Ministry of Labour wants companies planning to compel employees, to take the COVID-19 vaccinations to ensure that their policies conform to the Labour Act and employment contracts. In a media statement the Labour Minister, Utoni Nujoma said that the COVID-19 vaccinations are voluntary.
