Despite laws in place to prevent the sale of alcohol to the underage, bar owners still allow minors to enter and buy alcohol. To ensure that this trend does not continue to happen, the Dakaza Youth Group, in collaboration with the police in Karasburg patrolled well know bars in the town over the weekend, with the aim to get under eighteens out of these establishments.
