The issue of the proposed Joint Declaration between the Namibian and German governments on reparation continues to dominate debate in the National Assembly (NA) amid constant interjections and chaos in the legislative chamber. In her support of the motion, SWAPO MP Paula Kooper welcomed the proposed agreement saying it must be adopted to allow its implementation.
