The Minister of Defence and Veterans Affairs Frans Kapofi has shot down allegations that the governments of Namibia and Botswana are playing hide and seek with the contents of a joint investigation into the killing of three Namibians. Kapofi says in order to bring closure, the joint investigation has been concluded and the Botswana Directorate of Public Prosecution has initiated legal proceedings.
