The Deputy Minister of Disability Affairs, Alexia Manombe-Ncube, has praised the level of organisation of people with disabilities in the Erongo Region's Arandis Constituency, urging the rest of the nation to take note. Manombe-Ncube was happy to discover a daycare centre at Henties Bay that made it a point to accommodate children with disabilities.
