The dispute between the Nkurenkuru Town Council and the Siranda family, over unpaid water bills, is far from over. In a twist of events, the town council says Asser Siranda and Hildegard Shimafo, who owns Tumbu -Tumbu vegetable garden, owe the council over N$300 000 and not the N$5 000 which they earlier claimed.
