President Hage Geingob says infrastructure development is most needed in Africa and therefore the continent should not be judged when seeking funding from China. Geingob made the remarks during a meeting with the Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, Mu-khisa Kitu-yi on the sidelines of the World Investment Forum currently underway in Geneva.
