President Hage Geingob described the late Dr Ngarikutuke Tjiriange as a thinker of note who exerted his brain, took deep earnest studious counsel of his mind, and applied himself to the challenges of the struggle. Speaker after speaker during a memorial service held at Parliament Garden in the capital, echoed similar sentiments, adding that the fallen hero's immeasurable contribution to the struggle for Namibian Independence and beyond, will be etched in the annals of history. Tjiriange died two weeks ago at the age of 78.
