For Africa to achieve inclusiveness in information services, there is a need to have equal access to library services. The Speaker of the National Assembly, Professor Peter Katjavivi shared these sentiments at the four-day Standing Conference of Eastern Central and Southern African Library and Information Association (SCECSAL) in Windhoek.
