The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) on Tuesday, commenced with the Supplementary Registration of Voters (SRV) exercise for the Ncamagoro Constituency in the Kavango West Region. The SRV exercise is due to a vacancy that occurred on 19 September after the death of the sitting councillor Johannes Kahonzo.
