The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) will engage political parties and civil society organisations on what to do with electronic voting machines (EVM) after the regional and local authority elections. ECN's Chief Electoral Officer, Theo Mujoro says they are open to any suggestions including the acquisition of voter-verified paper audit trail which can make it legal to re-introduce the EVMs.
