The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) is investigating a number of irregularities, which include the use of wrong ballot papers and the wrong allocation of seats in some local authority areas. Voters at two polling stations, in Aroab and Koes villages, used ballot papers meant for Keetmanshoop Local Authority Elections.
