The Editors Forum of Namibia (EFN) has drafted standard operating procedures, which it wants both private and public institutions to abide by when dealing with journalists, to avoid unfairness or favouritism. As such, the EFN sought input from the Press Secretary in the Presidency, Dr Alfredo Hengari and the Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Dr Peya Mushelenga.
