The Electoral Tribunal Court has dismissed an application by the Affirmative Repositioning (AR) Movement, seeking to compel the ECN to implement continuous voter registration as required by the Electoral Act for lack of jurisdiction. AR argued that the ECN's decision to suspend the day-to-day voters' registration contravenes Article 17 of the Namibian Constitution.
