Thelma !Gaoses, one of the family members says, her mother was made to sign a power of attorney to transfer the house, while she was not in a right state of mind. But Leonardt !Gaoseb, a sibling and the new owner dismissed these accusations, saying the family wants to stay for free, which had resulted in him having outstanding bills of more than N$148 000 in rates and taxes.
