Emotions ran high in the National Assembly as Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila addressed the House on the outcome of the genocide negotiations between Namibia and Germany. Opposition lawmakers rejected the outcome of the negations accusing the government of having sold the affected communities.
