Mexican billionaire Alberto Bailleres is likely to appeal a sales condition that prohibits him from retrenching workers at privately-owned Erindi Game Reserve, should he buy the farm. This was said by the chief executive officer Vitalus Ndalikokule, while responding to questions by journalists on the sidelines of the commission's Competition Week launch.
