The Police in Erongo have called on the public to be vigilant when doing business, especially advertising vehicles for sale. The call comes in the wake of a recent incident where a Swakopmund resident nearly lost his vehicle while placing a "for sale" advert in a local newspaper. A potential buyer who contacted him requested his personal details and that of the car.
