Arandis Constituency Councillor, Benitha Imbamba has been elected as Chairperson of the Erongo Regional Council. Imbamba replaces former councillor of Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) Ciske Howard-Smith, who resigned from the position in April, due to a vote of no confidence by fellow councillors.
