Namibia recorded its first confirme d COVID-19 case on 13 March 2020. Health authorities took swift action and turned the Robert Mugabe Clinic in the CBD into a 24 hour COVID-19 testing facility. The scene at the testing facility is visibly different from what it was 11 months ago. In the early days, one would find people holding their heads still for a deep nasal swab. However, during our follow up visit, we only found one person waiting for the procedure.
