Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources Bernhard Esau is unhappy with the management of the Namibian Maritime and Fisheries Institute (NAMFI) which he says is in a management crisis. The Fisheries Minister expressed his concerns, while introducing the newly appointed board of trustees at the 'Namibian Trust for Marine and Fisheries Training' at Walvis Bay on Wednesday.
