The second phase of a programme aimed at providing food assistance to vulnerable communities was launched at Oshakati on Tuesday. The initiative was implemented by ACHIEVE Namibia in collaboration with the World Food Programme, intra-Health Namibia and Project Hope Namibia with funding from USAID.
