Former mineworkers in the Kavango East and West regions are demanding dividends allegedly owed to them by NAM-MIC and the Namibia Miners Investment Trust (NAMIT). NAM-MIC and NAMIT are investment arms of the Mineworkers Union of Namibia (MUN) established about 25 years ago.
