Former beneficiaries of the Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) were caught by surprise last week, when they received cellphone text notifications, to make the necessary arrangements to pay back loans they received from the Fund. NSFAF is targeting more than 130 000 beneficiaries who it funded were between 1999 to 2015.
