Former Regional Director of Education, Arts and Culture in Kavango East, Alfons Dikuua has died. This was confirmed by the SWAPO regional office at Rundu. Late Dikuwa, apart from being a retired civil servant, was also the party's regional secretary for elders council in the Kavango East. Dikuua died this morning at his home in Rundu. He retired from the public service about five years ago.
