The 53-year-old Nathaniel Kamatuka appeared in the Windhoek Magistrate's Court this morning on two charges of rape. Kamatuka is accused of raping two learners on separate occasions at the Jan Mohr Secondary School. The alleged rape involves a minor and a 19-year-old learner. Bail was denied and the matter has been postponed to 5 March for further investigations.
