A fully equipped motor vehicle emergency service centre has been opened at Otavi to respond to critical and fatal car crashes along the B1 road in the Otjozondjupa Region. The Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (MVA) centre, inaugurated by Otjozondjupa Governor James Uerikua, is the second of its kind in the region, which ranks high in road fatalities in Namibia.
